As most of you may know by now, last week I have made my debut as a guest blogger on the almighty Smashing Magazine, specifically in the User Experience Design Section. Being chosen to write for them, interacting with such a professional team and eventually seeing my post published is one of my dreams come true as I have been a fan of the mag ever since its commencement.
It’s a post that took me a good chunk of time to write and I am sure that you, Usability Geek readers, would be interested in reading it. As implied by its title, it covers an extensive array of guidelines that when adhered to will make your web forms usable. These guidelines have been divided into 3 main aspects of web form usability:
- Aspect 1: The Relationship
- Aspect 2: The Conversation
- Aspect 3: The Appearance
Well, that is all I will tell you here. So, head over to Smashing Magazine and read it in full there.
The post is called An Extensive Guide To Web Form Usability
