Eddie James

Eddie James has been improving the user experience of digital products for over 15 years. He’s worked for small startups and large fortune 100 companies. He currently leads UX research and usability testing efforts for Comcast’s e-commerce team. He is also the founder and chief researcher at Circling Sharks Media where he conducts user research for businesses of all sizes and coaches them to run their own research studies.
