		<description><![CDATA[My team redesigned an 18,000 page University website responsively in 2011, before responsive CSS and javascript frameworks were available. And we thought what the heck, let&#039;s move to HTML5 while we&#039;re at it. We gave ourselves an additional challenge of maintaining the ability for 400 non-technical staff to create and update websites from our templates using a CMS. This approach is known as a federated authoring  arrangement.
It was tough work, but we succeeded, soaring up the industry rankings for our website. Now we have 800 web publishers using it.
Now we&#039;re close to launching an update of our web framework that takes advantage of CSS media queries, and relies less on Javascript.]]></description>
