* If you need participants to sign a consent form (eg.,  for video recording) include the form in the invitation with an explanation of what you&#039;ll be recording &amp; why. Ask them to read it &amp; bring the signed copy with them. 
* Not so much related to the invitations themselves, but,.. allow a decent gap in your timetable between evaluation sessions. I find I need 20 minutes to re-group, check equipment etc &amp; set up for the next session. A gap also allows you some buffer for overruns or tardy participants. ]]></description>
