		<description><![CDATA[Lots of good points, although I disagree with &#039;#9 Avoid repetitions&#039;. 

Obviously, you don&#039;t want to repeat content word for word, but repeating ideas re-enforces them and helps them stick in the mind. 

Also, people read websites at such a speed that you don&#039;t want to risk them missing your key message because they skimmed that bit. 

The trick, of course, is to write so it doesn&#039;t seem like you are repeating yourself - which is often easier said than done.]]></description>
